Deliveries and returns

Packages are usually shipped between 2 and 3 days after receipt of your payment and depending on the availability of certain products.

The standard shipping method is colissimo tracking, delivered without signature. If you want a signed discount, an additional cost applies. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products. The packages are oversized and protected.

The return costs for the reimbursement of one or more items remain the responsibility of the customer according to Article L121-21-3 of the Consumer Code. For this purpose, the customer is free to take any carrier (except relay points).

For any exchange, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer according to Article L121-21-3 of the Consumer Code. If the customer notices an error in the delivery of a product (wrong size, wrong color, wrong size, etc.) we take care of the costs of return and re-shipment. In this case, please contact us before returning the wrong item(s). We will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo label by email, to print and paste on your package.

Delivery within 48 to 72 hours

The choice among 3 delivery solutions: without signature, with signature or in withdrawal point.

Delivery times are calculated in working days (all days of the week except Sundays and public holidays)

It is necessary to add to this delivery time a preparation time (from 1 to 3 working days).

In the event of a stock shortage, the delay may be longer. In this case, the customer will be notified by email.

TM and Outdoor cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery or out of stock.
