Higonokami VG-10 (Ebony)

The real Japanese-made Nagao Higonokami Warikomi knife. The blade is made of high-quality VG-10 steel. The blade is a double-edged V-shape, so you can use it on either side, regardless of which hand is dominant. The blade hides in a stainless steel handle and opens easily with the thumb on its "Chikiri" handle.
